Booking Terms and Conditions.

By booking an appointment with Pretty By Piper, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both client and artist, and to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

  • This booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

  • Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will need to pay 50% of the treatment price upfront to cover the late cancellation, this is not deductible from your new appointment.

  • Clients who wish to rebook after a no-show must first pay for their missed treatment before being able to rebook

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Beyond this, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

4. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee and will be liable and charged 100% of the treatment price.

5. Eligibility & Health

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services.

  • Certain medical conditions and medications may prevent treatment. A consultation and medical history form must be completed before treatment.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Results & follow-Ups

  • For permanent makeup is a multi-session process. A follow-up appointment is often required 6–12 weeks after the initial treatment and is charged separately unless stated otherwise. If this treatment is not charged, a maximum of two reschedules above 48 hours will be allowed before the treatment is chargeable. If your touch up treatment is cancelled within 48 hours, the treatment will be chargeable and a non-refundable booking fee will be required to re-book.

  • Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. No specific results are guaranteed and if additional sessions are needed, these will be an additional charge.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment.

  • Payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed treatments under any circumstances.

8. Guests & Children

  • For health and safety reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room.

9. Photography & Media

  • Before and after photos may be taken for treatment records and marketing purposes.

  • Clients may request not to have their images used on social media (unless the booking is for a discounted treatment for content purposes).

Cancellation Policies and Procedures

At Pretty By Piper, your time and ours is valuable. Please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking your appointment:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your booking fee being forfeited.

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment, a payment of 50% of the treatment price will be required to rebook. This fee covers the late cancellation and is not deductible from your new appointment.

  • No further bookings will be accepted until this fee has been paid.

2. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee.

  • A 100% charge of the treatment price will apply and must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible service.

  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.

  • Arrivals beyond this may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion, with your booking fee forfeited.

4. Emergencies

  • We understand that genuine emergencies can happen.

  • If you are unable to attend due to a documented emergency, management may, at their discretion, waive or adjust the cancellation fees.

  • This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and supporting documentation may be required.

Deposits

To secure your appointment at Pretty By Piper a non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

1. Deposit Amount

  • A [$100] booking fee is required for all appointments.

  • This fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment, provided all policy terms are adhered to.

2. Non-Refundable

  • All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • If you choose to cancel your appointment altogether, your booking fee will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling

  • With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee and may incur further charges (see our Cancellation Policy).

  • Late arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

5. Emergencies

  • We understand emergencies may arise. If you provide evidence of a documented emergency, management may, at their discretion, allow your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.

Clinic Policies

At *Pretty By Piper*, our priority is to provide a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients. To ensure the best experience, please take note of the following policies:

1. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any permanent makeup treatment.

  • Valid photo ID may be requested before treatment.

2. Health & Safety

  • All clients must complete a medical history and consent form prior to treatment.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the artist of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

  • Treatments cannot be carried out if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Hygiene Standards

  • Our clinic follows strict health, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.

  • Children, pets, or additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room for safety and hygiene reasons.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment (see Deposit Policy).

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

  • Payments are accepted via [insert your accepted payment methods, e.g. bank transfer, cash, card].

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule (see Cancellation Policy).

  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Results & Healing

  • Results vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed due to differences in skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • Clients must follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure the best results.

  • A follow-up or touch-up session may be required and is not included unless stated otherwise.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client displays inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.

  • For your safety, treatment may also be refused if contraindications are present.

8. Emergencies & Discretion

  • In the case of a documented emergency, management may apply discretion regarding rescheduling and deposit transfers.
